Its businesses encompass the entire pharmaceutical value chain, ranging from branded and generic formulations, APIs, advanced drug delivery systems to biotechnology. The company's drugs reach 70 countries with a footprint that covers advanced markets such as USA, Europe, Japan, Australia as well as emerging markets including India, the Philippines, South Africa and others.
In 2014, the customer was looking for a solution that helped them manage the core infrastructure spread around 20 manufacturing locations in the world with centralized control in the hands of the central IT team. They evaluated 3 solutions and post the POC they put it up for commercial negotiations in which Iraje turned out to be the one with the lowest TCO.
